  • Access Albert settings then tap Email.
  • To add an existing email account, tap the input field to enter the email address and password. Tap OK.
 
 

 

 

 

Connecting an email account    Manual setup

  • Access Albert settings then tap Email.
  • The Manual tab is for advanced settings, should you with to use Albert with a custom domain. Ensure you have the documentation from your email service provider, and configure using this option.
 
You will require the following information:
  • Email Address, e.g. albert@cba.com.au
  • Password for the email account, e.g. MyEmai1P@ssword
  • Username (This is typically the entire email address), e.g. albert@cba.com.au
  • Mail server, e.g. smtp.cba.com.au
  • Port, e.g. 443
  • Encryption method, either STARTTLS or SSL/TLS
The device will confirm the successful setup of email after you press "OK".
