Hi,

I have a CBA Albert test device and try to connect it via ADB.

I have my computer and device on the same network and tried everything and still not able to connect.

adb connection XXX.XXX.XX.X

unable to connect to 172.20.10.2:5555: cannot connect to 172.20.10.2:5555: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (10060)

adb devices

List of devices attached

Do I need to enable Albert device to development mode?

Thanks

Billy

Hi spaceages,

Please use "adb connect <ip-addresss>" command. If you get error then try the same but power charge Albert even it has enough battery. Developer options are enabled by default on Lollipop Alberts. Even problem persist then try rebooting Albert.

Ex: adb connect 192.168.1.23

Thanks,

Hi Billy,

It is strange in your case. Last option, can you use different WiFi to connect Albert. Even if it is not working then send your contact number to smartterminals&apps@cba.com.au.

Thanks,

Admin
