Hi there



We are developing an app for a client on your terminal, and we require a physical test terminal for final testing.



i have submitted a whole heap of requests - but no response, i have also tried to upgrade my account, and still pending. Tried to phone and get in touch, and no-one and spent an hour getting bounced around call centres - eventually told to go to a branch, which i know will be a waste of time.



Are you guys around - still allowing developers to work, or shall we look to another device?



Something i am doing wrong?

Ok - have replied to your answers within 1/2 hour. And this is about the third time i have been asked a series of the same kinds of questions.

I appreciate you may be busy - but i have sumbitted about 20 email reqeusts since early April. Can i please ask you to stay on this and help get this test terminal quickly? Our client stuggles to believe it when I tell them what is happening.

Thanks for your patience. Apologies for all your stuggles. You are at right place now. We don't know who asked you the same questions before. Please give your input to our last email sent you yesterday as we don't supply Albert devices to developers without verifying their background, app features and necessity of physical Albert device as you can built most of the app features by using Albert Beta Emulator or Android Emulator/device.

Still waiting for answers from the team

Upon your request, we submitted a document providing details of the the app we are building and on the 25th of May was told by your staff that you were happy to talk "next week" and to approve our account. i have followed up 3 times since, and no answer.

i really am struggling here to understand why it is so difficult for us to purchase a test terminal just so we can finish our app development. If you have any concerns about the final app - you can simply not publish if we haven't done a good enough job.

if there is something else we are missing, please let me know.

can you please help?

yes i collected the terminal a couple of days ago, and en-route to developers. Thanks for this. We got there in the end.
